Our Process

Realicore looks to partner with cities and other government entities that have a strong vision of their future growth.

Identify

We identify cities that plan to have the following aspects:

• Strong public transportation infrastructure. For example, nearby airports and trains, transit centers, public charging stations and bicycle lanes.

• Favorable zoning that allows for mixed-use development such as retail shops on the ground floor with housing up above.

• Strong sense of identity. Does the city promote art, business, technology, tourism, green space or other unique niches? We adapt our development to favor what your city most identifies with.

Grow Roots

We put our money where our mouth is.

• We purchase strategically located property or partner with private property owners to restore and improve the quality of the existing real estate in the community. (Read about our efforts establishing a PBID in the City of San Bernardino).

• We identify grants and work with local government entities
